INGREDIENTS

8 – 10 Fresh Blackberries

2 – 3 Sage Leaves

2oz Ilegal Mezcal Joven 

1oz Agave Nectar

1oz Lime Juice

1oz Pomegranate Juice

Ice

PREPARATION

Swipe cocktail glass with a lime wedge, coat with raw sugar, and fill glass ¾ with ice.  Muddle blackberries and sage with agave nectar and lime juice until the blackberries are smashed and the liquid changes colors.  Place ingredients in cocktail shaker with Ilegal Mezcal and shake.  Garnish cocktail glass with a sprig of fresh sage and a few extra blackberries before straining ingredients into your glass.

.75oz Peach Schnapps

3oz R.W. Knudsen Just Black Cherry Juice

2tsp Grenadine

PREPARATION

Place ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake, strain into glass, garnish with fresh or maraschino cherry, and add a set of plastic Dracula teeth.
