Return and Refund Policy

Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be made within 3 days of the order date. If your order has not yet shipped, and you request a cancellation, you will be responsible for reimbursing the credit card processing fees associated with your original payment. These fees are charged to us at the time of your order and are non-refundable. 

If your order has already shipped, it will be treated as a return (see below). 

Returns

Return requests must be made within 3 days of receiving your order. Returns are subject to the following:

  • A 15% restocking fee, and
  • The cost of the original shipping, regardless of whether your order qualified for free shipping.

Free Shipping Orders

    • If your order included free shipping, the shipping cost we incurred will be deducted from your refund, in addition to the 15% restocking fee.

    Paid Shipping Orders

    • If you paid for shipping, that original shipping fee is non-refundable, and the 15% restocking fee will still apply.
  • Return Shipping

    For all returns (including both free and paid shipping orders), we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. The cost of this return shipping label is included in the fees deducted from your refund (as outlined above). It will not be billed separately. 

    Conditions for Returns

    Items must be returned in unused, original condition, including all original packaging and components. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method after the returned items are received and inspected.
